Yes, we are still here. To make a long story short, no we are not dead, we are just pre-occupied with other things. :) Plette has been very busy with school, and Pete is possibly thinking of a new comic series, but that is only in the rumor bin right now. In any case, keep a look out somewhere soon, we will have something shortly.
SDA is fixed!

We think.
After much work over the past few weeks, we think SDA is fully fixed. Much thanks goes to Kyros, our epicly awesome server dude, who put up with my noobiness in fixing server problems, and has helped in fixing SDA's many problems due to comicpress being a royal you know what when we moved SDA over to a new server. So if you encounter/find any bugs that we didn't, just make a post on the most recent SDA comic. For now, enjoy SDA in all its fixedness!
One Year Anniversary!

Well guys, it's that special time of year! The Shot-Down Again one year anniversary, jubilation and whatnot! To celebrate we have some comics for you to check out both for SDA and for NPI! We'll also be putting up a podcast to celebrate (whenever we get around to recording it, that is), if over the next couple days you have anything you want us to discuss on the coming podcast, leave a comment and we'll take it into consideration. Hey everybody, just figured I'd make a quick blog post letting ya'll know that SDA Podcast #11 is up!
If you've never listened to the podcast before, I'd definitely recommend checking it out. We try to make it interesting for you guys, and this one in particular is important because we'd like YOUR feedback on whether or not we should add something to the site.
Well, I've moved back into the dorms, so the Internet can expect to see me a good deal less on account of the terribly unreliable connection here. Its made all the worse (emotionally, at least) by the new freshman dorms across the way, which have phenomenal wifi. Its almost enough to make me wish I'd moved there, but what fun would life be if it wasn't at least a little dissatisfying? And at least this means the biggest trial in my life as of now is shitty internet and not some crippling disease or derangement; all in all I've got it pretty good, so we'll keep complaints to a minimal.
In other--more important--news, I am at work on the next comic, folks. With any luck I'll be able to field it within a week. I do apologize for the wait, but at least we're making two-a-month this time around, right? Here's to a brighter tomorrow!

So I am super duper sorry about the whole "1-post-in-July" thing. I really am. I really don't want to make that a habit, so I'm gonna push extra hard to try and get some decent comicing done this coming semester. Calculus was just SUCH a timesuck; its weird how taking 4 hours over the summer seems to eat up more time than taking 16 hours during the fall or spring.
Anyways, I am currently working on the next comic, I'm about a third of the way done with the inking, and short of a nuclear holocaust it will be posted before the week is out. This, I promise.

This post is partially to just test the posting system, and partially to talk about Comic-Con. So first off... test. Test. Test. Okay, seems to be working.
Second, Me and the other dudes from SDA have been at Comic-Con this past week and it has been a blast, Plette hasn't changed one bit, and he's still just as fun to hang out with as ever, and Sarah (his girlfriend) is really awesome and fun to hang out with. A welcome addition to the SDA crew in my opinion. Perhaps the next banner update will have four people in it, and not just three! I'll be doing a writeup on my Newgrounds news page upon my return, so keep an eye on that.
Also, if you are interested in my animations and stuff that I post on Newgrounds, be sure to check out my newest cartoon, Turing Test! Which came out on July 10th, and has been doing phenomenally well. Since it was posted it has gotten 130,000+ views! Which is absolutely ridiculous for something that I've made. Craziness.

COMIC CON AAGH! -07/22/10
You heard right! The shot down again crew is at comic con. Be on the look-out for 4 nerds and a chick all wearing shot down again t-shirts. That's us! Don't be afraid to talk to us.
Little neat bit of news, I was wearing my SDA t-shirt today, and I was recognized! Hooray for recognition! We don't have a panel because we're not that popular yet, but hopefully we get popular enough thanks to you the hopefully loyal fans!
Smaller bit of news, we have all been taking pictures and we (or should I say I) will be uploading the pictures for view onto this page. So keep a look-out around the 26th-27th-28th for comic con pictures!
Also, I, David, Got the master sword and hylian shield. FTW.
